This notice explains how Deep Digital UK uses personal information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, selected service and project details. We may also receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the form.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand what help you are looking for and, where you decide to proceed, prepare and manage the requested work. We do not add contact-form enquiries to a marketing list without permission.
Our lawful basis
We normally process enquiry information because it is in our legitimate interests to communicate with prospective customers and respond to requests. If the enquiry leads to work, processing may also be necessary to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform that contract.
Service providers
The enquiry form is processed by Formspree and delivered through our email provider. These providers process information on our behalf to operate the enquiry service. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We normally keep unsuccessful or inactive enquiries for up to 12 months after the last contact. Information connected with paid work may be kept longer where required for contracts, accounting, legal obligations or resolving disputes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to its use. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
